More specifically, it means having websites and web content that people with disabilities are able to access, comprehend, navigate, and interact with, allowing them to contribute. In short, it enhances the inclusivity of websites and web tools for everyone.
The contribution of tourism to create an inclusive society requires the adoption of new approaches and strategies that promote the accessibility of tourism destinations, allowing all people, regardless of their health condition, to enjoy tourism experiences. It provides an understanding of inclusive service method that disabilities stand no longer as obstacles in tourism. To enable such purpose, the accessibility of the production of online tools in tourism industry is at utmost importance to prepare an inclusive approach and ground in online environments.
